CLIENT
The Knoxville Community

PROBLEM
Living sustainably is difficult.

SOLUTION
To address common sustainability issues, my partner, Taylor Bogle, and I created The Sage Space. We are a brick and mortar space, but we strive to be more than just a building for our community. Our goal is to inspire and educate Knoxville about sustainable living to create a strong collective of leaders, collaborators, educators, eco-friendly human beings, for a better Knoxville.
PERSONAS
To match our idea of sustainability, they are also multi-purposeful.
On the front of each card, we chose client personas ranging from individuals that don't care about sustainable practices to those with a green thumb. Each persona is matched with a plant. Once you identify the "crabapple" or "turnip head" in your life, you can fold the persona card inside out, craft the seed packet, and gift the seeds.
After identifying our audience, the Sage Space was created.
Navigate through our prototype Invision website here.
Some pages are not created just yet, but if you're wanting to see a collection of all the pages created, scroll down below.
And potentially in the future, the space can open a coffee shop and create an area for people sell products to help the community shop local.
THE PROCESS
These are examples of various aspects that refined over time. The craft, shape, and tactility of all the deliverables and website were very important to perfect to speak to the simplistic nature of sustainability.
